Performance Creative Strategist

For almost two years, I have worked full-time at Homestead as a Performance Creative Strategist. In this role, I have had the opportunity to lead paid social creative strategy for a variety of incredible brands across the wellness, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle spaces.

From creative ideation and UGC briefing to performance analysis and reporting, I have worked across the creative strategy role. While I supported paid creative at KiraGrace, we partnered with an external agency, making Homestead my first opportunity to dive deeply into the world of performance creative strategy.

I have helped numerous brands unlock top-performing creatives by identifying winning messaging angles, creative concepts, and audience insights. I have analyzed hundreds of ad creatives, studying what drives performance and what falls flat. I have had to learn how to strike that balance of creative and data.

Working across multiple brands each day keeps me on my toes, constantly learning.

Some skills I have honed in this role include building strategic Figma boards, developing creative concepts, connecting with clients, planning creative roadmaps, briefing creators, and translating performance data into next steps.
